1、门票限一人一次当日使用，不得退换、改签；在享受优惠时请出示相关有效证件。
2、游客服务中心为您免费提供饮水、存包、轮椅、童车、雨伞、咨询等服务。游玩过程中，如果遇到问题，可及时联系游客服务中心，联系电话：60609199/60609299。
3、禁止携带易燃易爆危险品、打火机、火柴、液体物品入塔。
4、塔内禁止吸烟；请自觉维护塔内卫生。
5、怀孕8个月以上的孕妇、出生1个月以内的婴儿及患有高血压、心脏病的游客，请在有陪同能力人员的陪同下游览。建议有以上情况的游客不要乘坐高速电梯。
6、因天气等原因，室外观光层可能会随时关闭。
7、醉酒游客请勿登塔。
8、中原福塔5月1日至10月30日最大游客承载量为12000人／天【含夜场】；11月1日至4月30日最大游客承载量为8000人／天【无夜场】。
1、 Ticket can only be used by one person once on the same day, no refund or exchange; please show the relevant valid documents to be eligible for the discount.
2、The visitor service center provides free water, bag storage, wheelchair, stroller, umbrella, consultation, and other services for you. During the tour, if you encounter problems, you can contact the Visitor Service Center at 60609199/6060609299.
3、It is forbidden to bring flammable and explosive dangerous goods, lighters, matches, liquids into the tower.
4、Smoking is prohibited inside the tower; please consciously maintain the tower’s hygiene.
5、Pregnant women over 8 months pregnant, babies born within 1 month and visitors with high blood pressure and heart disease should be accompanied by competent persons. Visitors with the above conditions are advised not to take the high-speed elevator.
6、The outdoor sightseeing level may be closed at any time due to weather and other reasons.
7、Drunken tourists are not allowed to visit tower.
8、The Zhongyuan Fu Tower, from May 1 to October 30, the maximum visitor is carrying capacity of 12,000 people/day [including night show]; November 1 to April 30, the maximum visitor carrying capacity of 8,000 people/day [no night show].
二、云中漫步项目
II. Walking in the Clouds project
1、为确保游客安全，遇冰雪雷雨大风及其他恶劣天气、发生存在安全隐患的其他自然灾害或设备维护需要暂停运营时，高空游览项目将暂停营业：
2、气象部门预报气温在35度以上或-5度以下时，请游客做好防暑或保暖措施；气温超过40度或塔顶结冰时，为保证游客安全，将暂停体验项目。
3、老、弱、病、残、孕、酗酒、婴幼童等身体不适者，禁止体验。若有隐瞒参与者，发生意外，责任自负。门票概不退换。
4、禁止携带易燃易爆品等高铁飞机明确禁止物品，请配合安检。
5、观景平台项目：身高1.4米以下儿童及年龄65周岁以上身体健康老人，须有身体健康成人陪同体验。
6、云中漫步内环：身高1.4米以下儿童及年龄60周岁以上身体健康老人，须有身体健康成人陪同体验。
7、云中漫步外环项目：身高1.4米以下儿童及年龄60周岁以上老人，禁止体验。
8、云端滑道项目：身高1.2米以下儿童及年龄60周岁以上老人，禁止体验。
9、免票：身高1.4米以下儿童（一大人仅限带1名免费儿童）。

4、It is forbidden to bring inflammable and explosive goods and other items clearly prohibited by high-speed rail and airplane, please cooperate with the security check.
5、Viewing platform project: children under 1.4 meters in height and healthy elderly people over 65 years old must be accompanied by a healthy adult experience.
6、Walking in the Clouds inner ring: children under 1.4 meters tall and healthy elderly people over 60 years old must be accompanied by a healthy adult to experience.
7、Walking in the Clouds outer ring project: children under 1.4 meters in height and elderly people over 60 years of age are prohibited from experiencing.
8、Cloud Slide project: children under 1.2 meters in height and elderly people over 60 years old are prohibited from experiencing it.
9、Free admission: children under 1.4 meters in height (one person is limited to bring 1 free child).

为保障广大游客的身体健康与旅游安全，结合中原福塔景区实际情况，特对免票群体实行网络实名预约游塔。
To protect the health of the majority of tourists and tourism safety, considering the actual situation of the Zhongyuan Fu Tower scenic area, specially implemented online real-name reservation to visit the tower for ticket-free groups.
1、周一至周五免费名额每天限量500张，周末及法定节假日免费名额每天限量300张。
2、60周岁以上老年人免票群体线下预约绿色通道最大限量：50人/天。中原福塔游客服务中心办理。
3、由于雨雪天气，高空观光视线可能会受影响。
4、门票需至少提前一天预约，中原福塔电子票小程序可预定。
5、凡预约游客必须携带身份证和有效免票证件方可登塔参观。
6、预订的免费门票为中原福塔参观票，云中漫步项目、餐饮等为另付费项目。
1、The number of tickets available from Monday to Friday is limited to 500 per day, and the number of tickets available on weekends and legal holidays is limited to 300 per day.
